How much is your Diagnostic Service fee?
Our Diagnostic Service fee is $120 dollars. This includes transportation of a fully trained Revive Appliance Repair technician to your residence. A comprehensive check of your unit and a no obligation estimate for any repairs needed.
What is your Service Area?
We currently service approximately 20 miles surrounding the town of Auburn MA (01501). As we work to expand our business we hope to enlarge this area as soon as possible.
Is your work Guaranteed?
Yes our parts and labor are guaranteed for 90 days for residental units and 30 days for multi-family/commercial units.
Are you insured?
We are licenced and insured.
Do you sell parts?
We are a Repair Service company only and do not sell parts.
What forms of Payment do you Accept?
We accept all major forms of payment. Cash, check, and credit card.
